About Us
The Resource Room design center is a space that is here to assist designers with orders, problem-solving, and samples at a professional level. Our staff members connect directly with local designers at a person-to-person basis, making connections within the community, as well as familiarize themselves with the latest interior trends through Resource Room hosted show events. Members of the Resource Room staff also sell furniture and accessories directly from the Resource Room show floor, and are able to show off personal design skills as they showcase the newest pieces from both high-end artist vendors and big-name brands.

About You

The Resource Room is a growing business always looking out for bright, self-driven individuals with an eye for design. A Resource Room associate must be comfortable with face-to-face interaction, as well as working over the phone or via the computer. Most computer work is done in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Quick Books. General knowledge of these programs is a plus, but can be trained. Those applying with be tasked with helping run the showroom. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • Work with customers to  find products, provide price quotes, and sell interior design products.

  • Keep inventory of items and samples checked out and back in.

  • Maintain front of store and Resource Library. Keep things neat and orderly in order to display product.

  • Assist with marketing for store including but not limited to: social media posts, emails, postcards, attend trade shows, participate in professional organizations.

  • Manage warehouse with receiving and inventory of customers orders and store product as well as assist with scheduled pickup.

  • Meet with sales representatives and host special events, presentations, and sales.
